Disclaimer

Please be advised that by engaging with our services via phone, voicemail, text message, or any other form of electronic communication, you consent to the recording of these interactions. We record communications for quality assurance, training, and as a reference to better serve you in the future.

In accordance with Florida law, we are required to notify you that these communications may be recorded. By continuing to communicate with us through these channels, you acknowledge and agree to all aforementioned conditions. 

Payment:

When booking a service, whether for yourself of someone else you agree to pay for the service booked. Your credit card will be charged the morning off before your service has commenced or the night before if your service falls on a national holiday.

 Services:

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days we will add either deep clean extra, heavy duty or initial clean option to your final bill.

 Changing or Canceling Services:

You may cancel or reschedule your service free of charge as long as you give us at least at 48 hours notice.

If you cancel your services with less than 48 hour notice you will be changed a cancellation fee of 25%

Day off changes:

Any cancelations your service on the day of the service, or if you are not home to receive the service and did not leave key info you will be charged 100% charge of your booking service fee.

Refunds

CR Maids does not offer refunds.

Recleans:

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us and we will send another team. Providers are not “one size fits all”.

VERY IMPORTANT: If the cleaning is not up to standard, please advise us immediately. Our teams have years of experience, but the cleaners are humans and mistakes can occur. It is uncommon, but if we do not perform up to yours and our standard, we 100% guarantee our service and will come back at a time and day convenient for you to fix it (a reasonable amount of time to fix issues would be within a week). Problems must be reported within 24 hours. We understand extenuating circumstances, so we will work with you in certain situations outside of these parameters. We want you happy!

Working Conditions:

The provider(s) need(s) to be able to work freely and without distractions. Be advised that if the provider(s) is/are subject to distractions that affect her ability to work, she may not efficiently complete items on your to-do list. We do not mind if you are home- just make sure the providers have space to work.

Please secure all pets.

Make sure your electricity and water and A/C or heat are working will not be shut off until the day after your cleaning is completed. We will charge a cancellation fee if these utilities are not working. If we need to return there will be a $50 travel fee. All furniture and trash has to be removed from the home for move-out cleaning prior to our arrival.

Safety:
Safety of your staff and our providers is critical to us. Any form of verbal abuse or discrimination is not tolerated. If at any point our staff feels, unsafe, uncomfortable, disrespected, yelled at, discriminated against they will stop service immediately and leave. You will be charged for the entire booking service. Our providers can’t move any heavy furniture of clean anything that can’t be reached without a two step ladder.

Damages: The provider(s) and The CR Maids assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner or were previously damaged before cleaning (example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Furthermore, provider will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the customer.

Should damage occur due to the negligence of provider, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

Accounts:

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CR Maids.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CR Maids.

CR Maids has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that it shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Disclaimer:

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. By accepting this quote & proposal I am releasing CR Maids, of any liability for scratched or damaged glass. I acknowledge CR Maids is not liable or responsible for any damages resulting from services offered.

Tax:

Sales Tax – We are required by the some States in which we operate sales tax.  Where applicable Sales tax will be added to the amount quoted.

Photography and Media:

CR Maids reserves the right to take before and after photographs and videos of the areas serviced for quality control, promotional, and training purposes. These images and videos may be used in various media formats including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and internal reviews without compensation or further consent.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. Therefore, all media captured will be used in a manner that maintains the confidentiality of your personal and identifiable details. The specific locations or any personal information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.

If you do not wish for your property to be photographed or recorded, please inform us prior to the commencement of services. Opting out of this clause will not affect the quality of services you receive.

Providers:

We work hard to find and vet the best providers. CR Maids can change the provider at any time without notice. CR Maids does not guarantee that you will get the same providers. You cannot circumvent CR Maids and try to hire our providers “on the side”. Please don’t ask our providers it puts them in an awkward position. Collaboration is solely by and between CR Maids and the Homeowner – this protects everyone involved. Should you really have the need to hire our provider please contact us. There is a one-time $2500 referral fee that will be charged to your credit card on file. Once the homeowner paid CR Maids will no longer be responsible for monitoring and managing the Provider, including, but not limited to, scheduling, information security, quality of services and any other act pertaining to the daily work duties of  the Provider.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
