Your fist cleaning will requesre either an Initial Clean or a deep clean extra. After that you can shedule a Weekly Clean, and Bi-Weekly Clean or a monthly clean. These fixed prices are possible because we agree on the scope of work, evaluate the current condition of your home, and anticipate future conditions.

With a fixed price, you can rest assured that we will not charge more than the agreed amount unless a different price is agreed upon in advance. Fixed prices are calculated based on the condition of your home, total square footage of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms that are being cleaned and any extras that you want to add. Hourly House Cleaning Fees
If you prefer to have an hourly cleaning instead also know as a priority based cleaning its an easy an convenient option our hourly fees range between 50-100 per hour per person and have a minimum of 3 hours. The prices range based on the type of cleaning you require.
