For booking your cleaning service with CR Maids! You’re one step closer to coming home to a spotless, stress-free space. Here’s a few things you need to know to make your appointment a breeze:

What to Expect

• Arrival Window: Your cleaner will arrive within a one-hour window. If we’re running late, we’ll send you an updated ETA.
• Friendly Professionals: All our team members are background-checked, fully trained, and equipped with eco-friendly supplies. We love to clean.

How to Prepare

Clear the Clutter:  No need to clean up before our arrival. It’s important that we have the space to do what we do best. Pick up toys, clothes, clutter and anything you don’t want moved.

Secure Valuables, Fragile & Important Items, & Pets: Lock away valuables and any fragile or sentimental items. Keep pets in a safe, enclosed area whie we clean- we love them but sometimes they dont love us.

Check Utilities: Make sure your heating/AC is on, and you have electricity and hot water.

Access Instructions: If you have a garage code, door code, or special instructions, please add them to your booking or send us a quick message. Your provider will ask you to take a look around to make sure everything looks amazing.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We staff our teams specifically for your home, so your timely updates help us help you:

48-Hour Notice: Free to reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Less Than 48 Hours: A 25% deposit fee applies.

Day-Of Changes: 100% non-refundable deposit.

Payment & Tipping

Payment Method: We’ll charge the card on file the morning of your service. If your appointment falls on the holiday you will be charged the day before your appointment.

Tipping: Tips are appreciated but never expected. You can tip via cash or credit card on file.

Referrals:

We are a small local company. Referrals are how we grow. Every new successful referral gives you a $25 credit toward your next cleaning. So hit up those friends and neighbors and score some free cleans.
